ON THE HUNT

Sunday morning's , at least the ones when the Harrier groups meet up for the fun ride of late are a great way to get to see a mix of horses and ponies as I get lost in the countryside on the hunt for images of a wide range of poses to draw and photograph for possible reference's later on. Most recently was Sunday last as the Kilworth and Araglen harriers were going on a fun ride up in Araglen . It was a beautiful morning for getting a little lost and as ever a great way to get to meet the folk's who keep and care for these beautiful horses and ponies and who are crazy enough to ride on them through the countryside as I happily cower to the side with my zoom lens in hand and a big stupid smile stuck to my face as I try not to be in the way.
It was fun :)
